Refund and Returns Policy



  • All returns or refusals may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and freight charge. 

  • Please email customer service at [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Include order number, item number, quantity and reason for return.

  • All merchandise must be returned in the original cartons and in re-salable condition.

  • Returns are processed within 10 – 15 days from receipt.


Shortages and Damages


  • All claims for discrepancies and/or damages must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of shipment to our Customer Service Department.

  • In the event items are damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier directly and keep all packaging and damaged merchandise for inspection by the freight company should they so choose. Failure to keep ALL packaging for inspection will negate any claims for damages and payment for damaged items will be due in full as per the invoiced amount.
