Naturals Brands, Inc. respects your right to privacy and has developed the following Privacy Statement.

Naturals Brands, Inc. is a wholesale only business.  Our website is secured and interested retail accounts who wish to order from Naturals Brands, Inc. may apply to be a customer.  After your application is received and approved, you may place orders immediately.



In order to use our website, a user must first complete the registration form.  During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address).  This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.  At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.



Naturals Brands, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  We collect two types of information about our users, which allows us to better provide you with our services: Personally Identifiable Information and Non- Personally Identifiable Information.  Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient and customized experience while using our site and services.

  • Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are.  We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information unless you voluntarily provide it to us.  When applying for a Naturals Brands account, we will need to collect your name, phone number, physical address, e-mail address, telephone and facsimile numbers, if applicable, and certain statistical information in order to process your application and better serve your future needs as a customer.  If you do not provide the information necessary for us to provide a particular service or to perform a particular activity, we may not be able to comply with your request.
  • Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual.  We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our Site in several ways.  This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis.  This information may include the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the web site you just came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

This request will not affect communications regarding orders placed with us or information regarding these orders.



Our website may contain links to other websites of interest.  However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.  Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.  You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.




We use outside shipping companies to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services.  These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.



We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.  Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way.  While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  For further security on all accounts, each approved customer will be provided with their own User ID and password.  Even though we use encryption and updated technology to secure all information, no data transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure over the Internet or any wireless network.



 We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors that are under 18 years of age.



Naturals Brands, Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Statement at any time without prior notice.  We will post all changes to the Privacy Statement on our website.  Modifications and amendments will apply to all past and current users and replace all prior policies.  Naturals Brands, Inc.’s privacy policy is effective December 1, 2014.
